Stir fry with sugar snap peas, carrots, broccoli, portobello mushrooms and red onions, tossed in a garlic and ginger sauce and served over rice.

Firelei Báez ​is a celebrated painter and sculptor. In 2020, Báez was shortlisted for Artes Mundi 9, and will be the subject of a solo presentation at the ICA Watershed, Boston, MA this summer. She is the recipient of the 2021 Phillip Guston Rome Prize– a highly competitive fellowship that supports advanced independent work and research in the arts and humanities.
