Grilled Portobello

Extraordinary flavor, like Lineage guest Oksui Okpokwasili.

I love a good colorful plate. Grilled portobello in a basil balsamic marinade, yellow onion, fresh tomato, roasted red peppers, green and gold sweet peppers on a seven seed whole wheat baguette. Topped with a homemade pesto mayonnaise and creamy goat cheese.
